Welcome to our new PhD students!

This year, we welcome two new PhD students to the group: Andrea Sillano and Riccardo Graziosi. They will be working in the areas of digital wellbeing and human-centred AI.

Alberto participated as a panellist in the ECAT Research Workshop 2025 in Seville, discussing social media addiction and the features that make it hard for children to leave online platforms.

Participation at CHItaly 2025

Last week, on October 8-10, 2025, the e-Lite group has participated at the 16th Biannual Conference of the Italian SIGCHI Chapter (CHItaly 2025) in Salerno, Italy. Luca and Francesca have presented their works during the Doctoral Consortium session.

e-Lite: Intelligent and Interactive Systems

The e-Lite research group develops and studies innovative technologies applied to interactive applications. The spirit of the research is the integration of complex systems, based on the interaction between humans and technology, in which the complexity gap is managed by intelligent software components.

The main research areas are on the crossing of Human-Computer Interaction, Ubiquitous Computing, and Artificial Intelligence.
